It’s a little of both! We carry sample sale gowns from our sister store next door, Honest in Ivory Bridal Shop, as well as dresses sold on consignment that are both brand new and used.

Consignment means brides bring us their gowns for us to resell for them! It’s a 50/50 split once the gowns sell. Our inventory consists of dresses that are brand new, samples from Honest in Ivory, and pre-owned gowns that have been dry cleaned.

We carry bridal sizing 2-28, currently. Since our dresses are sold off-the-rack and we get new dresses in every week, the selection and sizes available changes all the time.

We get it, things happen! We do have an automatic $50 cancellation fee if you need cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

For our brides open to special ordering a gown (which takes 3-6 months), we recommend booking just ONE appointment at Honest in Ivory. You can still shop up at Dearly as well at that one 90 minute appointment.

How exciting! All our gowns and accessories are sold right off-the-rack, so you’ll take them home the very same day. Our store is perfect for you.

Yes, dresses are available to try on or consign by appointment only. This way, we can ensure that there will be a dedicated bridal stylist to help you. “Bridal Gown” Appointments are 90 minutes and “Consign My Gown” Appointments are 15 minutes.

There is a $50, $150, or $250 booking fee for each appointment type. This includes a private dressing room for you and your group for 90 minutes or 2 hours with a dedicated stylist. You’ll shop our hand-picked selection of gowns from some of the dreamiest designers in the industry! All gowns are exclusive to our shop and cannot be found in any other stores in the surrounding area.

We always say, “the earlier the better”. You want to check “buy a wedding dress” off your to-do list! This means wedding dress shopping, ideally, 8-12 months before your wedding. Yes, with us, you get to take your gown home the same day, so we are also perfect for brides with tighter timelines. You still want to factor in time for alterations as necessary.

Our dresses are offered off-the-rack and are available up to 50% off retail. Our dresses are priced based on the year, designer, style, retail price and condition. Our wedding dress prices range from $700-$3,500, with a majority of our gowns around $1,500.

No. All sales are final.

No, not at this time. We require that all gowns are paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, or all major credit/debit cards. Please be aware that we have a 3% card processing fee.

We do have strict guidelines as to what dresses we will take as consignment. Click here for the full list of guidelines.

We price your gown based on the style, size, and condition of the dress. This is usually 30-70% off retail. If it sells, you will receive 50% of the sale price in a check in the mail. Wahoo!

We hold gowns on consignment for up to 1 year. If it doesn’t sell in that amount of time we will arrange with you to come pick it up or we will donate it for you.

Gowns must be “like new”, which means all repairs need to be made before you bring the gown to us. We also require proof of dry cleaning. You can always call or email us with specific inquiries.

We will make 3 reasonable attempts to contact you over 3 weeks. If at that time we do not hear from you—per our contract together— you will be forfeiting the gown to us.

Sure! It is ultimately your dress until we sell it. We request 48 hours notice (phone call or email) to pull an item off the floor.

We have a $15 (wedding gowns) or $5 (veils, belts) non-refundable consignment application fee. You’ll pay this at the time you book your Consignment Appointment online.

There may be several factors as to why the gown was not accepted. It could be that we already have too many so similar to it in the shop, or that the alterations were unique. Or, you may not have brought the necessary documentation. For specific questions, please contact us again, we’d love to chat!

It's absolutely optional, but yes, tipping for your phenomenal customer service experience is definitely common. Most brides tip anywhere from $100-$300 to their stylist at the time of purchasing. We know that this is a significant purchase, so our stylists are going to be styling and supporting you every step of the way.
