Planning a wedding can be stressful, especially when it comes to finding the perfect dress. In this blog post, we hear from a bride who originally planned on having her dress made on Etsy but ended up falling in love with a dress during her shopping trip. On her wedding day, everything went smoothly and she felt surrounded by love and support. Her advice to future brides is to prioritize your own opinion and remember that it's your day. So, if you find the dress that you love, go for it!

Sarah looked absolutely beautiful in our Esme gown by Essense of Australia. Designed in a classic fit-and-flare silhouette, the fitted bodice and neckline of this gown are adorned with sequin lace, which gives the gown an undeniable sparkle. Sheer side cutouts accent both sides of the gown and extend into a sheer back highlighted with exposed boning. From the hips, the gown’s skirt extends to the ground, creating a dramatic silhouette finished with horsehair trim. The back of this shimmering fit-and-flare wedding dress with has dainty crystal buttons.

By our real bride, Sarah:

How was wedding dress shopping and wedding planning for you? What was your vision?

I went dress shopping with the hopes of finding a style I loved, then having it made on Etsy! That didn’t happen; I fell in love with this dress the second I put it on!

How did it go the day-of?

Amazing! My family and closest friends were there with me. It was so special!

What would be your advice to future brides?

Remember it’s your day, it’s your opinion that matters. Get the dress YOU love!
