Wedding dress shopping can be one of the most exciting experiences during the wedding planning process. For some brides, the dress is the centerpiece of the entire event. For others, it's just another detail to check off the list. But regardless of your approach, wedding planning can be stressful, with countless details to remember and decisions to make. Our featured bride envisioned a rustic/boho-style wedding and, despite some stress, managed to pull it off beautifully. On the day of her wedding, everything came together, resulting in her dream day. Her advice to future brides is to not sweat the small stuff and to ask for help when needed.

Natalie looked absolutely beautiful in this Justin Alexander gown. Constructed of lightweight chiffon material, this A-line gown hits right at the natural waist and has a romantic flowy skirt. Ruching in the bodice adds detail and accentuates the waistline while peekaboo lace at the top cascades into lovely off-the-shoulder sleeves. A row of buttons in the back adds the perfect finishing touch.

By our real bride, Natalie:

How was wedding dress shopping and wedding planning for you? What was your vision?

Wedding dress shopping was maybe the single most fun experience during the planning process. Wedding planning I found to be a bit more stressful. Remembering all the little details was difficult. My vision was for a rustic/boho style wedding.

How did it go the day-of?

The day of everything went nearly perfect. I had total peace throughout the day and there were no major mishaps! Looking back I don’t think it could’ve gone better; it was my dream day.

What would be your advice to future brides?

Don’t sweat the small stuff, everything will come together in the end. Also don’t be afraid to ask people for help and delegate jobs! This is one of the times people are extra happy to lend a hand.
